Our green coffee comes from Brazil and is 100% Arabica. Unlike robusta, Arabica has less caffeine and more beneficial substances for the body.
Since green coffee is not roasted, only dried at the sun after harvesting, all important nutrients remain in it.
Green coffee contains 2 main components that make it so unique and suitable for health:
The caffeine contained in coffee helps to stimulate the body, delays fatigue and helps against pain.
Chlorogenic acid is a great antioxidant that removes toxic substances from the body and thus supports immunity and weight loss.
Since green coffee after grinding is more like tea, it is advisable to prepare it that way.
We recommend 2 teaspoons, pour boiling water over 250 ml, leave to infuse for max. 10 minutes.
